Warehousing Services

Auto Praba UAB owns a logistics centre in Vilnius, which is one of the largest in the city and consists of a 13,000 m2 warehouse. The warehouses are equipped with 18 portable ramps and 4 side-loading ramps.

In addition, the company has a guarded site 10,000 m2 in area for the storage of bulky cargos including a covered part for the storage of loads sensitive to atmospheric agents.

Our modern warehouses are well ventilated, with non-dusting floor surfaces and natural lighting. The loads are kept in special storage containers on racks; minor loads are kept on shelves, and there are designated areas for cargoes with non-standard dimensions.

We provide all services of customs brokers, completion of customs formalities, and warehousing of goods in free circulation. In addition, we perform cargo loading and discharging, and other operations related to the loads stored.

All the warehouses are heated and, therefore, fully adapted to the storage of temperature-sensitive loads during the cold season of the year.

Cargoss of various types are accepted for storage. The company holds a food management certificate and has premises for the storage of dangerous loads (ADR).

The company owns loading machinery with the capacity of up to 5 tonnes; for heavier loads, machinery is rented under prior agreement. At the customer‘s request we can order a truck crane with the capacity of up to 40 tonnes. Special equipment is used for the loading of paper rolls: grapple loaders that can lift up to 2 tonne rolls up to 1.55 m wide.

Loads movement in the warehouse is fully accounted for, with goods’ movement and residual stock reports issued.

We provide services of goods’ sorting, packaging, measurement, weighing, labelling and selecting and of making up orders and distributing them in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. There are warehouse areas designated for goods’ repackaging (including special campaign packaging), labelling (stickers including tax stickers), and preparation for sale according to special requirements set by customers and large retail chains.

At the customer’s request, we provide all the required consumables (stickers, adhesive tape, film, pallets, containers etc.).

We ensure full security of the loads handled and stored. The loads are covered with all-risks insurance from the moment of their acceptance to the warehouse. Security guards are on duty and a video surveillance system monitors the territory and premises of the warehouses round the clock.

Permanent workplaces for customs officers who complete customs formalities are fitted out in the warehouses.

We prepare documentation for all types of customs procedures and perform the full range of procedures for the goods’ sale and documentation for tax warehouse (export/import terminal) purposes.

Access to the point of customs inspection is not subject to any fees.
